Charity People are delighted to be working with a global humanitarian charity based in Oxford.
We are looking for an HR Adviser at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start.

* Location: Oxford office or Home based
* Hours: 36 per week (flexible working patterns available)
* Salary: £30,985
* Contract type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract
* Immediate start essential

You will be providing comprehensive and robust first line HR advice to Line Managers, and staff in service of the charities' vision to build and nurture a diverse, inclusive workforce who can deliver their goals to fight poverty and inequality around the world.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
?-Experience of providing first line HR advice to line managers and staff on a range of employment related issues
? -Experience of problem solving with stakeholders
? -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? -Knowledge of UK employment legislation
? -In-depth knowledge and understanding of organisational ER policies including conduct, capability, grievance, and sickness, with the ability to interpret and convey these to stakeholders
? -Experience of working with HR data and using it to proactively spot trends
