Our award winning client is a diverse international charity who are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in central London. This is a full time contract covering a 12 months maternity leave, salary of £43,000 per annum.

You will manage the delivery of the comprehensive operational and strategic HR and OD service for London and Europe based International staff, ensuring the international initiatives and people strategy are aligned and integrated with the charity's ambitious strategic goals to achieve lasting impact for animals worldwide. This key role has a broad remit, covering a range of generalist HR needs. You will provide technical HR support on any complex issues, change initiatives and bespoke projects, update policies and procedures, and work with managers to deliver effective resource planning and on boarding.
You must have experience of supporting an international organisation as an HR generalist and be accustomed to working in cross-cultural environments. You will have managed the delivery of people strategies to high standards and are able to drive the successful achievement of strategic goals.
Your expertise will cover areas such as wellbeing, change management, employee relations, reward as well as recruitment and selection. You will be used to delivering bespoke HR projects too. You will be up-to-date with appropriate legislation and HR best practice.
