Charity People are thrilled to be working with an International Health Charity based in East Sussex to find an Institutional Funding and Partnerships lead. This is a hugely exciting and critical position for the charity that will lead on building relationships and developing funding partnerships with a range of government donors and more.

Salary: £43,500 plus benefits of up to 16%

The charity has been a leading provider in its industry for over 25 years. The charity works with communities and groups all over the world who are affected by a disease that has taken too many lives. The charity provides funding for research and delivers education to communities and groups that desperately need the support.
The ideal person for the role needs to have excellent experience in approaching government bodies as well as funders such as DFID and other European government donors. You will need to have a proven ability in successfully obtaining large gifts from a variety of funders and have lead on large bids. It's important that the successful candidate is a confident fundraiser with proven expertise and experience in developing and implementing successful donor engagement strategies.
This is one of the roles that does not come around often and is a huge opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious fundraiser to lead on this critical income for an incredible charity.
