Monitoring, Evaluations and Learning Officer

Charity People are thrilled to be collaborating with a wonderful International Development Charity in their search for two Monitoring, Evaluations and Learning Officers to join the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team of their West Sussex office.
The charity works globally in over 30 countries, improving the lives of millions of people in the poorest parts of the world every year. This is an invaluable opportunity for an experienced M&E professional to join the team at a key period of growth and exciting development, where you will be able to assist with the development of project proposals and design from start to finish. You will be support with strengthening the organisation's monitoring practice by assisting in writing guidance, creating tools and delivering workshops; as well as contributing to the implementation of monitoring frameworks and providing support to Country Offices and partners in adapting monitoring tools during project inception.
This position requires a self-motivated and highly skilled professional, with a minimum of two years' experience gained in the international development sector. You will have demonstrable project management experience, as well as a good understanding of the complexities inherent in working across multiple countries. You must have good technical skills in design and implementation of monitoring frameworks, logframe development and monitoring tools; be an excellent communicator, highly numerate and pay excellent attention to detail. Fluency in French is highly desirable.
