Operations Service Manager
Charity People are proud to be working with a phenomenal Disability Charity as they search for a highly competent Operations Service Manager to ensure the efficient and effective running of their services.
This wonderful organisation offers general assistance and various services for over 11,000 people who reside in London, alleviating the isolation of loneliness those with disability are at risk of feeling. In addition to companionship and practical assistance, the charity also provides small-scale financial assistance to meet a wide range of needs which are beyond the means of the individuals concerned.
As Operations Service Manager you will be tasked with coordinating, motivating and supervising support home-visit workers in the provision of excellent service to all users, as well as managing the escalation process of complex cases. You will be responsible for writing safeguarding reports when required, liaising with statutory services, planning vocational training curriculums and maintaining and collating the statistics recorded by the charity.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in managing service delivery. Efficient, personable, reliable and self-motivated applicants, comfortable with making responsible operational decisions, flawless communication and interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
