We at Charity People are delighted to be working in partnership with an Arts Organisation to recruit a Part Time (3 days a week) Marketing Manager on a 12 month contract.
An exciting and varied role, this newly created position will take responsibility for planning, coordinating and managing the delivery of marketing campaigns to meet targets for engaging existing and potential supporters and sponsors. You will work within the Development Team to produce compelling, integrated campaigns, marketing content and fundraising collateral.
Utilising your range of marketing abilities, you will plan and manage effective, creative, content-led campaigns that meet the Development team's needs, based on the digital and content marketing principles of analytics, attribution, measurement, segmentation, creativity, testing, and optimisation. Furthermore, you will take a lead on responding to enquiries and reporting.
We are looking for someone with substantial marketing experience within a fundraising (charity, research or cultural) environment. You should have experience of digital and/or content marketing, experience managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment that requires coordination between cross-functional teams and be a confident and skilful communicator, from presentations to copywriting.
