Philanthropy Lead - International Human Rights Charity
C.£37,000 per annum - Permanent role

Charity People are proud to be working with this incredible global human rights charity who campaign for human rights to be enjoyed by all.

They investigate and expose the facts, whenever and wherever abuses happen. They lobby governments, and other powerful groups such as companies, making sure they keep their promises and respect international law. By telling the powerful stories of the people they work with, they mobilize millions of supporters around the world to campaign for change and to stand in defence of activists on the frontline.

This impressive organisation are looking to grow their talented Philanthropy team. They have a dedicated portfolio of donors, an exciting diary of events and unique and diverse projects with which to engage potential supporters. The role will be responsible for generating new relationships with high net worth individuals, generating 5 and 6 figure gifts using your outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to tell a story. You will also be responsible for managing high net worth events to engage new supporters.

The charity is based near Old Street and Shoreditch stations and the team are keen to offer flexible working where possible.
