Charity People is thrilled to be working with Blueprint for All in their search for Programmes Coordinators to join their rapidly growing team. Blueprint for All is the new name for the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust. They are social welfare charity that is passionate about ensuring that everyone, irrespective of their race, ethnicity or background, has the opportunity to create their own blueprint for their life. Their high impact programmes work with disadvantaged young people and communities, providing tangible opportunities and support that enables them to thrive, whilst driving systemic change in organisations and society. The Programmes Coordinator role has been created as a result of the charity's exponential growth in the last year - the charity has recently doubled the size of their team to increase their capacity to engage with the community and provide an enhanced experience for their growing pool of beneficiaries.
The Programmes Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating and delivering on an assigned portfolio of funded programmes. As the Programmes Coordinator, you will be at the frontline of programme delivery and engage with the charity's beneficiaries and key delivery partners to ensure programme aims, outputs and objectives are met in full. To ensure high quality programme delivery and best delivery practise, Programmes officers are responsible for collecting beneficiary data and feedback, for review at management level. You will be tasked with monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating activities periodically to ensure that the best practice guidelines are developed and adhered to. The Programmes Coordinator will play a significant role in the creation of evaluation materials and sharing the charity's work through social media and website posts. You will collaborate with programme managers and programme officers to support the delivery of wider programmes as well as facilitate cross-programme beneficiary communication.
This is a very hands-on role, and we are looking for a proactive and personable Programmes Coordinator with excellent communication skills. You will need to be a someone who thrives from working on multiple projects simultaneously and can balance competing demands efficiently. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable interest in programmes at an inclusion charity, experience of working directly with programmes beneficiaries and demonstrable programme delivery/facilitation skills. Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office is essential. Experience of working with external stakeholders/partners is desirable.
