Charity People are proud to be teaming up with a wonderful children's charity again to find them a highly motivated Project Manager to join them in November for a five month contract to help develop and deliver their current campaign. Reporting to the Campaigns and Stakeholder Manager and working closely with the Campaigns Officer you will help develop materials for the campaign, ensuring the key messaging is clear and targeted.

This role requires a strong team player, who can cope well with lots of internal and external communication, you will regularly be working with local partners to ensure project milestones are being met and write up reports on the progress of the campaign. You will develop and maintain project plans and budgets (funding is already in place). This role would suit someone with an interest in literacy, social justice issues and who has a strong commitment to equality and diversity.

The successful candidate will bring experience in event planning, ideally online events, recruiting and supporting volunteers, delivering training, possess excellent written skills, and be a clear and confident communicator when talking to people at all levels. The ideal candidate will have strong personal attributes to being to this role - someone who can work independently, is proactive, highly adaptable and able to think outside the box in unplanned situations.

This role can be worked from any location in England, and is home based. This charity have hubs across the country. The role is paying £32,000 per annum.
