Charity People is heading up the search party for one of the North West's biggest, most recognisable charity brands with a lifesaving mission: North West Air Ambulance. We're looking for a target driven Home-based Regional Fundraiser to act as a positive ambassador for the phenomenal work NWAA does in your community.
You'll be a passionate advocate of community fundraising with natural ability to build strong relationships with supporters and identify new recruits, part of an exciting fundraising plan with new and imaginative fundraising activities. Working autonomously on an interesting and varied workload, you'll recruit and develop a network of voluntary fundraising community groups to generate activity and raise awareness, delivering dazzling presentations that create excitement and buzz about the charity's work.
Putting exceptional donor stewardship at the heart of everything you do, you'll identify and develop long-term partnerships with appropriate groups and associations and individuals in your patch including schools, universities, local authorities, shops and sporting organisations.
On our wish list for the perfect person:
* Brilliant relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with a wide range of people
* Motivational, sunny and warm personality
* Ability to present in an engaging manner
* Fantastic communicator (both verbally and in writing)
* Project and budget management skills
Ideally, you'll have community fundraising experience, although we're open to engaging sales or business development professionals with proven experience working to targets.
The charity has spent time and energy creating a flexible, agile working culture with life and family-friendly working policies. Working from a base at home, we'd expect you to be out and about regularly across the East Lancashire patch connecting with supporters.
For lots more detail on this exciting role, please send a copy of your CV in the first instance to our North West consultant, Amelia Lee: [email protected]
Final deadline is Thursday 27th June, but we'd love to share the details with you ASAP if you're interested.
