It's a brand-new, strategic role with a friendly team and now is an exciting time to join. Income is expected to grow significantly across community and events fundraising over the next 5 years.
You'll lead a team of five fundraisers across Community and Events. The events programme encompasses a mixed portfolio of owned and third-party events and community fundraisers work in defined geographical hotspots to develop and manage current and prospective supporters. Your focus will be to maximise their potential through an increased focus on supporter stewardship, in-memoriam fundraising and product development.
You'll be a creative and strategic thinker with great problem-solving skills. You'll develop relationships with ease and positively influence colleagues at all levels. Positive attitude, friendly and resilient are all things that colleagues might say about you, as well as being someone who demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
