I'm recruiting a Supporter Care Assistant to work for a wonderful fundraising team based in London, working from the end of July for around four months, possibly longer.
This position is paying £12.00 per hour, plus £1.45 per hour (holiday pay) = £13.45
I'm looking for someone with experience in delivering customer care, you will bring experience of supporting with team administration and have some experience of income processing, customer care, data processing, gift aid and sound understanding of fundraising practices and compliance (so you will need to have worked in a similar setting in a Charity previously).
You will ensure the Charity's supporters have a pleasant and memorable experience of the service from the Charity and the Supporter Care Team. Responsibilities include, ensuring you identify, log and escalate any complaints. You will fulfil requests via range of communication channels, record all information and communication via the charity's fundraising database.
