Supporter Development Fundraiser

Our client is a Children's Charity based in Central London who are currently looking to recruit a Supporter Development Fundraisier to come in and manage a range of exciting campaigns. This role sits within their Individual Giving department which is responsible for the largest single source of income for the Charity. You will be joining a high achieving and well established team who support and nurture talent. Within Fundraising, one of their priorities is to establish an excellent supporter experience which connects supporters to their cause - this creates loyalty and maximising ongoing income.
We are looking for someone to come in and be responsible for the development and implementation of effective Cash, Raffle and Legacy campaigns and specifically manage supporter development campaigns across a range of channels including direct mail, telephone and email. You will also work on budgeting and forecasting and post campaigns analysis.
This is a fantastic role for someone with experience in Marketing or Direct Marketing, having managed direct mail, email and telephone campaigns. You should have strong skills in the management of creative, monitoring results and great team player attributes. Ideally you'll currently be working for a Charity, though this is not essential; we are happy to take applications from commercial organisations and charity
