Charity People are working alongside an Adult Care charity specialising in supporting the older community at challenging times in their lives. We are looking for a Trusts Fundraiser 3 days a week to help develop and maintain the trust income.

This charity specialises in providing professional, dignified and responsible care for the older community. This national charity helps a huge amount of people at a very challenging time in their lives and the service is invaluable. As someone helping in securing funds for the charity, you will play a vital role in furthering the reach of the charity and funding incredibly important projects.

You will lead on growing new and existing relationships with a range of small to medium trusts, conduct prospect research, report back to funders and create compelling proposals.

As a Trust Fundraiser for the charity you need to have a track record of securing fund through Trusts and Foundations of differing values. This role requires someone with a high quality written ability and a creative nature to their writing, which in turn will support strong written applications to an array of Trusts and Foundations. This person need to have experience using Raisers Edge and to feel comfortable picking up a portfolio of multi-value donors. Ideally, the right fundraiser will be able to bring in new Trusts to the organisation to support an incredibly valuable service to a very vulnerable group.
