Purpose

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team based in London. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all commercial partnerships that will help to achieve business objectives including:

  • New revenue streams
  • New customers and candidates
  • Improving brand awareness and customer loyalty.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a new partnership strategy for CharityJob and CharityConnect to achieve core business objectives 
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and sponsors
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop commercial partnership opportunities with charities, industry bodies, and recruitment organisations
  • Agree and negotiate new business relationships with partners
  • Draw up necessary documentation and contractual obligations for new partnerships
  • Assist promotion of new publications and company announcements via relationships with relevant news sites, industry bodies, and others as appropriate
  • Measure performance of partnership agreements and communicate these regularly to key stakeholders
  • Work with internal teams to scope new collaboration opportunities
  • Present at industry forums as necessary

 

Person specification

  • 3+ years of experience working in a commercial partnership role
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrable experience in nurturing relationships with partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
  • Strong track record in successful proposal development
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an appetite to establish new processes
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player
