The Charlie Waller Trust is looking for an experienced fundraiser to join our dynamic, growing mental health charity focussed on children and young people.
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of researching, preparing and submitting high-quality funding applications and will be confident in developing strong relationships with current and potential funders. You will be passionate about improving the lives of young people through educating them to look after their mental health. This is an exciting, varied and vital role, and your enthusiasm and ability to plan effectively and positively contribute to a small but dedicated team will be key.
Key responsibilities within the role:
Research, draft and submit strong grant applications and bids.
Effective grant and bid monitoring and analysis, including preparation of reports and maintenance of database to record grant and bid income.
Support Fundraising Manager and the wider team in all aspects of fundraising activity.
General administrative tasks relating to fundraising activity, such as dealing with email and telephone queries, drafting letters.
Location: Home based currently; in the future this role will be a mix of remote- and office-working based at our Head Office.
