Charlton Athletic Community Trust are looking to recruit a HR Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support and advice on general HR matters and implement policies and procedures which recruit, select, develop and retain staff to meet the Trust’s objectives and add value.
Suitable candidates must have experience of working within an HR environment and with a high level of administrative skills. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, manage a busy and varied workload and meet deadlines. In addition you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, pay attention to detail and be able to handle a variety of HR issues confidentially and constructively.
