Job description

The CSP is the trade union and educational, professional organisation for the UK’s 59,000 chartered physiotherapists, support workers and students; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.

As part of our Business Services Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our members by providing comprehensive and accurate administrative support to Assistant Directors, Team Managers and other members of staff, responding to member enquiries and supporting designated committees and meeting groups, ensuring that all administrative requirements across the directorate are met. Your role will be varied and you will undertake all elements of administration from raising purchase orders and drafting correspondence to maintaining accurate records and drafting minutes.

Having previously worked in a similar role and with extensive administration experience, you will enjoy the vibrancy of a busy office and take pride in providing accurate, efficient and friendly administrative support. Being able to multi-task is absolutely essential, as is the ability to be flexible working across teams and communicating well in person, over the phone and in emails.
