Based in our London office when restrictions lift with homeworking available (subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements).
We have an opportunity for a well-organised and confident individual with excellent customer services skills to join our Facilities and Operations team and support health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the CSP.
Liaising with staff on a day-to-day basis, you will promote health and safety awareness and vigilance, ensuring that staff across the UK are able to work effectively, efficiently and safely. Whether it be in person or virtually, you will be responsible for, and support staff on, all issues relating to the working environment, including staff inductions, room and desk space bookings, health and safety hazards and minor faults, coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes with HR and ICT, as well as many other duties. Staff across the CSP will rely on you, therefore the ability to build trust, empowerment and continuous improvement is essential.
You will be people orientated with a passion to provide excellent customer service. The role will be fast paced and varied - providing services to people in-person and at remote locations. First class communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will also have good IT skills and be comfortable using online tools to book rooms/work spaces and events, ensuring any problems are solved quickly and efficiently. A professional qualification (or working towards) in a building services or facilities related discipline would also be an advantage but is not essential.
