The CSP is the trade union and educational, professional organisation for the UK’s 59,000 chartered physiotherapists, support workers and students; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.
We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to help coordinate the CSP’s community rehabilitation campaign, with a particular focus on our flagship Community Rehabilitation Alliance (CRA), the Community Rehabilitation matrix team’s planning activity and grant reporting.
Supporting priority projects, you will plan and coordinate individual initiatives, often collaboratively, to ensure effective project delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for CRA members, CSP staff and other internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the community rehabilitation campaign. You will respond to, and triage, their enquiries and provide advice, guidance and assistance, operating independently as well as in liaison with key internal contacts. You will coordinate progress reporting for each project, including grant-funded projects, and to that end you will be responsible for updating the risk register, day-to-day budget management and forecasting. You’ll also coordinate the planning and scheduling of key meetings, as well as develop positive relationships with stakeholders, CSP staff and alliance members to drive the successful delivery of the projects. From time to time, you may also be asked to help with evaluation activities, including supporting efficient survey data collection, analysis, interpretation and attribution tracking.
A first degree, or equivalent learning/experience is essential, combined with a successful track record of campaign and budget management. You’ll also have proven experience of successfully supporting working group meetings, working with multi-disciplinary teams, together with a strong ability to collect and disseminate information and present information in various formats.
Your relationship management expertise will enable you to quickly forge good working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues and stake holders, and your self-motivation, combined with the ability to balance your workload, will ensure that you successfully manage your priorities to meet conflicting deadlines.
