This is a crucial role which supports the runninng of our small but successful charity. We are seeking an experienced fundraiser who can nurture and build relationships with partners including funders and schools to raise vital income for our work.
You will bring significant experience and a demonstrable track record of growing income from mixed income streams. Your experience in fundraising and development will include cultivating and stewarding senior-level relationships with existing and prospective supporters and delivering on targets through influence and persuasion. You will need to swiftly demonstrate your track record of delivering results, alongside your sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills, which will help you to gain the trust and confidence of those around you.
Many of the skills you utilise in your fundraising activities will be applicable to your work engaging new schools, so there is no significant experience required for this. You will understand and be able to use excel templates to develop financial models, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
