Job description

Seeking an experienced minute taker, to join the Company as an Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees.

Following a restructure, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Company. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board Chairperson, supporting the Board Chairperson, Committee Chairperson(s), and Company Secretary in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Board and associated Sub Committees and will include ensuring meetings are effectively organised, planned and minuted and maintaining effective records and administration.

You must have minute taking experience and experience in a similar role within a highly pressurised environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts.

You must also have excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, able to work confidently on own initiative with limited supervision.
