We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our Supported Banking team to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Head of Finance, as part of the Charity’s Management Team to provide management across one department to ensure the effective delivery of a service.
You must have management experience including supervision of people; experience of meeting targets and goals to achieve outcomes, and time management and organisational skills.
You must also have high standards of integrity, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, able to work under pressure and plan own work.
