Child Bereavement UK are looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated individual to lead / manage / supervise the Scotland Family Bereavement Service Team, and to provide direct bereavement support to bereaved families.
Bereavement Services Team Lead – Scotland
Hours: 37.5 hours (full time)
Reporting: Director of Services – Scotland
Base: CBUK’s Office in Finneston, Glasgow G3 7RW/flexible working from home
We help children and young people (up to age 25), parents, and families, to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We also provide training to professionals, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.
Would you like to bring your expertise, skills and experience to the third sector and contribute to a growing national charity? Are you passionate about supporting bereaved children, parents and the professionals who work with them, as well as adults who have been bereaved of a child?
The post holder will lead on the ongoing development, co-ordination, provision and evaluation of a blended bereavement service that ensures families and professionals can access high-quality bereavement support where a baby or child has died, or where children or young people are bereaved.
Providing bereavement support for bereaved children, young people and families by phone, digitally, face-to-face and within groups.
