Working with the Individual Giving Manager, this role will oversee the digital fundraising strategy for the Individual Giving Team. You will lead on the development and management of digital programmes and activities including; donation platform(s), email, paid social media adverts and microsites.
- To plan, develop and manage an annual programme of high impact paid social media fundraising campaigns and their ongoing journeys. Work closely with the Individual Giving, the Communications team and other external agencies to make decisions on targeting, creative and delivery
- To be responsible for email marketing within Individual Giving. This will include developing content for, creating and evaluating Individual Giving campaign emails as well as project-managing an integrated email supporter journey and making recommendations
- To ensure that the donation platform is optimised by implementing an A/B testing strategy. To keep the platform up to date and relevant, whilst also creating new donations pages for fundraising teams
- To monitor the performance of current microsites, as well as scoping out opportunities to implement new microsites and project-managing the development of these
- To excel in cross-team campaign management, liaising with multiple teams and external stakeholders to ensure digital activity works and fits within all organisational communication plans.
- To support the Individual Giving campaigns by making recommendations and creating content for organic social media
- To support the wider fundraising team in growing income across social media sites including Facebook fundraising
- To stay well-informed and responsive to digital trends across both the commercial and fundraising sector
