Business Development Manager

CHM Recruit is a leading participant in the multi-posting recruitment market.  We were an early entrant into this market and have established a strong presence in the Charity Sector as well as having enjoyed much success in other markets.  Typically we service HR professionals and decision makers responsible for recruiting.

Due to retirement, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to continue the progress made to date whilst also looking to move the business forwards.

The Post 
Reporting to the MD, you will focus on identifying and closing new opportunities.   Commission is structured such that you will continue to earn even after handover to the account management team.

Basic Salary circa £24k plus uncapped commission plan (first year earnings £35k-£45k).
Location: Milton Keynes MK5 (free parking).

Essential 
Proven track record of sales.
Self motivated with a genuine desire to earn.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Able to produce professional presentations and sales material.
Good with people.

Desirable 
Salesforce or similar.
Using Linkedin Sales Navigator for lead generation.
Experience of the recruitment industry.
Familiar with the job-board market.
Have good computer skills.
