This is a 1 year FTC and contracted hours can be 14 or 21 per week. Salary advertised is the full time equivalent.
This role can be based in any UK/IRE office or home-based. If based in the London office, London Allowance will be added to the yearly salary.

About the role
This role is to support the Digital Programme Systems Team to ensure that Christian Aid’s programme staff (working on development, humanitarian and advocacy programming) are supported and able to use Christian Aid’s Programme Management Systems, focusing primarily on PROMISE (our grant management system) by providing system technical and administrative support, guidance and coaching as appropriate. The post is based in the Digital Programme Systems Team which sits within the International Department’s Programme Quality and Operations Division. It will interface with colleagues from across our country programmes.
You have a systems mind and enjoy problem solving and helping colleagues when they run into issues. You have strong inter-personal skills, have an eye for detail and and enjoy putting together interactive training materials to help build colleagues' capacity. You are able to work on Fridays and at least one other day in the week, preferably Thursdays.
