About us

We are the international development agency for 41 sponsoring churches and keen to serve and work with other churches, too. We were established so that the sponsoring churches and others 'could respond to Christ's command to care for all in need'. Our values are rooted in our Christian belief and are based on our understanding of relational theology, which asserts that human beings are called to have a special relationship with God and in turn to have a particular relationship with one another.

-Define clear target audiences for all campaigns using accurate data and market analysis; working closely with the Performance, Development and Insight team.

-Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues both at external suppliers and within Christian Aid. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including the Digital team, Campaigns team, Regional teams and Creative/Multimedia; to ensure activity is co-ordinated across the organisation.
