- Full Time = 35hrs a week
- Salary: £26,250 + Pension contribution + home working allowance + IT equipment.
- Location: Fully remote. With optional meetings in Corsham and Bristol, UK
- Annual Leave: 35 days per year including Bank Holidays

About the role
As a Strategic Development Manager, you’ll work within the Partnerships Department and play a key role in building on existing significant relationships. In addition, develop new larger Key Partner Relationships and be actively involved with our strategy to selected Church and Event networks. You’ll be required to speak extensively within church and event settings a call to action, asking people to consider supporting the work of Compassion.
To maximise the opportunities from these partnerships and to achieve regional acquisition objectives. The successful candidate would be based in Northwest England and have an existing relationship with the Anglican Church.

The successful candidate will be:
- As a confident public speaker, you'll have the opportunity to share your insights and inspire congregations through preaching in churches.
- Your sales and fundraising prowess will be key as you lead the sales process from start to finish, nurturing relationships, and exceeding acquisition targets.
- Weekend availability is essential for fostering partnerships and attending events, making a meaningful impact in the community.
- You'll thrive as a self-starter, managing your time effectively and embracing diverse responsibilities, even while working remotely.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in office systems are prerequisites, as is the ability to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
- Have a full driving license and residence in the Northwest of England, you'll enjoy mileage expenses and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many.
- There’s an occupational requirement for the holder of this role to be a practising Christian, in order to promote Compassion’s ethos and help others to experience, explore and express the faith-based motivation of our work. Location, hours and benefits:
Home-based role
*Successful candidates will be based in the Northwest of England.
Hours
35 hours per week over a flexible working pattern with an estimated 24 weekend activities per annum. Although this is a flexible working pattern the core office hours tend to be between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, allowing for workload variations.

An exciting opportunity to Support Salesforce as it’s embedded within an international charity operating in 18 countries, helping poor and marginalized families and children in Eastern Europe. Welcoming applications from candidates within Europe.
The role sits within the newly formed Salesforce team, as part of the International team.
The role will occasionally require travel to our London office (175 Tower Bridge Road) and internationally for meetings and therefore requires a flexible approach to working. Applicants must be very competent English speakers and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine. Mission Without Borders is an international Christian organization working in six of the poorest countries in Europe. Our Mission is to journey with the poor and marginalized, bringing practical and spiritual support with hope of a better future, enabling and encouraging people to lift themselves out of poverty.
Whether it is a hot meal for a homeless person, a homework club for a struggling pupil or seeds for a father who wants to grow vegetables for his family. Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of the six countries in Eastern Europe where we carry out our project work, and 12 countries where we raise support. An international staff team supports this work in terms of community development, best practice, fundraising, communications, finance, IT, Digital, and Salesforce.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will be responsible for developing a staff training programme for all countries and delivering both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives.
Who we are looking for
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise incoming requests.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
We are seeking an exceptional trainer who can plan and run online (or occasional in-person) training sessions, and create detailed process documentation and training materials to accompany them.
