• selection, preparation, support and debriefing of Christian mission workers
• collation, updating and advertising of overseas recruitment opportunities
• updating of policies and procedures, including insurance, personnel handbooks, and travel
• maintenance of accurate records using an electronic database
• strengthening of internal communication.

Key information
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire / Flexible working.
This role can be office-based or hybrid. The role includes hosting visitors to the office and so is required to be present in the Didcot office on those days. There is scope to work from home some of the time. The cost of travel to BMS Didcot whether on a regular basis or infrequently, would be borne by the employee.

Tearfund are looking for a UX Team Leader to join our Digital and Content Team. This is a new role where you will combine excellent leadership with creative design skills, working to inspire supporters and equip global development partners for one of the UK's leading Christian relief and development agencies.
We are looking for a candidate who can strategically lead a multi-disciplinary team to create excellent user experiences for our audiences. They will be both collaborative and confident, working closely with other leaders in the team to refine our delivery model and place/user needs at the heart of everything we do. IHP is recruiting a Logistics Officer to become part of our growing logistics team who coordinate the safe and responsible donation of medical products to where the needs are greatest, so that people don’t suffer needlessly from treatable illnesses.
As a Logistics Officer you will play an integral role in IHP’s work arranging the shipping of donated medicines and medical supplies, for example our essential health packs and antibiotics, ensuring their secure transportation to diaster hit and vulnerable communities such as Sudan and Gaza.
Your responsibilites will include:
- Securing cost effective shipping quotes from some of the largest freightforwarders in the UK
- Preparing shipping documentation
- Ensuring shipping files are accurate and kept up to date
- Communicating regularly with our donor companies and receiving NGO partners
- Updating offers on our management system
Who you are:
- You'll have administrative/record keeping experience or demonstable transferable skills
- A dedicated team player who enjoys working well in a small team as well as autonomously
- Adaptable and can meet competing priorities, deadlines and tagets
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and be numerically minded (Intermediate Excel skills desirable)
- IT literate in MS Office applications with experience of working with data and systems
