We have an exciting opportunity available to work closely with all areas of our ministry, managing the IT, AV and Health & Safety infrastructure across the organisation. The role is wide ranging and will best suit an individual keen to learn new skills, with training available to support development and knowledge growth. Through the role you will help ensure that the organisation is operating in a safe manner, with IT and AV systems in place that can help the ministry to seek continuous improvement and growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Provide IT support across all of the departments including databases, application forms (e.g. through TOAS & Formstack), Google Workspace, computer hardware, phone systems and networking.

To provide education, training and ongoing support of staff with all online systems, including Safety Cloud, Ninox, BrightHR and iHasco.

Management of the conference hall sound studio and mobile sound systems used for delivering the AV requirements of lectures, holidays and events across the site, including organising rotas and the training and supervision of students, staff members, ministry assistants and other voluntary workers in the running of it.

Oversight of the charity’s Health & Safety, working closely with our Health & Safety contractor (Citation) who act as our competent person, to maintain safe processes and practices that abide by regulations.
About you:
You will be expected to have the essential skills, knowledge and experience listed below.
Essential Skills:
- Strong hardware and software IT skills, with the ability to maintain and develop our network of computer and internet systems, booking/application systems and the vast array of software needs
- Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety, including safe ways of working
- Audio Visual experience including audio mixing, lighting and projection
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and contractors
- Willingness to learn new skills and promote continuous development in our Health & Safety practices
Desirable Skills:
- Mac OS competence
- Database Management
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- IOSH Managing Safety certification (On the job and formal training will be available, however a background in this area will be helpful)

The role will occasionally require travel to our London office (175 Tower Bridge Road) and internationally for meetings and therefore requires a flexible approach to working. Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of the six countries in Eastern Europe where we carry out our project work, and 12 countries where we raise support. An international staff team supports this work in terms of community development, best practice, fundraising, communications, finance, IT, Digital, and Salesforce.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will be responsible for developing a staff training programme for all countries and delivering both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives.
Who we are looking for
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise incoming requests.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
We are seeking an exceptional trainer who can plan and run online (or occasional in-person) training sessions, and create detailed process documentation and training materials to accompany them.

We require the post holder to have the ability to work independently with strong time management, organisational and planning skills. Proficient IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential.
