We are seeking a Fundraising and Communications Director who as part of the Senior Leadership Team will lead the Fundraising and Communications team to inspire UK Christians, churches, and Trusts to sustainably support CMS through giving and prayer. In this high-profile role, your leadership will motivate, empower, and enable the team to acquire new supporters to the mission of CMS and significantly grow income and engagement.
To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate:
- Significant proven experience in a fundraising role at a leadership level
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams, for example individual giving, trusts, major donors, communications
- Proven experience of change management
- Experience of creating, implementing, and monitoring strategy at leadership level
- Proven experience of developing and delivering on ambitious fundraising income targets
- Delivery of successful integrated marketing/fundraising campaigns

Bookings:
· Being the first point of call to our groups and customers; from answering their initial email or phone call right through to providing them with a friendly welcome when they arrive.
· Manage the bookings calendar: taking bookings requests and taking groups through the A+ Hospitality bookings process: sending out booking forms, adding customer details to spreadsheets; answering enquiries and communicating the relevant information to the rest of the hospitality team.

The aim is to grow a secondary school ministry by enhancing current relationships in schools and developing new ones. About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will be responsible for developing a staff training programme for all countries and delivering both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives.
Who we are looking for
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise incoming requests.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
We are seeking an exceptional trainer who can plan and run online (or occasional in-person) training sessions, and create detailed process documentation and training materials to accompany them.

The Role
In this role, you will provide a comprehensive, high-quality secretariat service, particularly to the Bishop’s Council, which acts as the Board of Directors of the Oxford Diocesan Board of Finance (income £28M, assets £520m, over 100 staff) and oversees a wide range of activity.
The Diocese is one of the largest in the Church of England covering the three counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire with a thousand parishes, church schools and chaplaincies. It is active in environmental action, addressing poverty and inequality, establishing new congregations and much more.
You will ensure that all Board and Committee meetings are scheduled and organised, agendas created, minutes recorded, and action lists monitored; relevant policies are in place and statutory registers are maintained.
You will be required to work occasional evenings (currently 1 each in May and December) and Saturdays (1 each in March, June, and November).
About You
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work with her - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins the work. However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.
To be successful in this role you will be an initiative-taker with strong administrative, governance support and minute-taking experience and ideally have previously worked with senior stakeholders. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, accuracy, and diligence, especially in written work and be highly organised. You will also be flexible and adaptable to changing work demands.

Adventure Plus works with 7,500 young people each year in a positive Christian environment. We are currently working towards the development of an AdventureBase which will more than double our capacity, and significantly enhance the quality and expand the range of activities we can offer.
The Senior Instructor and I/C Health and Safety is a crucial part of our team, managing our team of instructors as well as being responsible for the storage areas, kit and safety procedures across our activity provision. The Senior Instructor will join the management team and be the instructors’ representative at a management level.
The successful candidate will line manage our instructors, being their first port of call for help and advice and having responsibility for delivering reviews, managing their holiday and agreeing personal development targets.
They will also be responsible for A+’s operational systems, our RBAs and health and safety plans and will oversee our AALA licence and bi-annual inspections.
The successful candidate will be an Event Leader and activity coach modelling high standards of professionalism to our team at all times as they organise and deliver a range of events and activities at the A+ site and across the UK. A+ is at the start of creating a brand new adventure centre. Experience in, and a desire to take a lead in design and construction oversight of the adventure facilities would be very welcome.
