We are seeking a Director of Product Development (DPD) to catalyse the further growth of the ministry. Reporting to our National Director, this new leadership role will include ongoing responsibility for evolving our catalogue of products such that they faithfully and powerfully articulate the gospel in ways which remain relevant, contextualised and engaging. The new DPD will join our ministry at a pivotal moment of expansion and enjoy a unique opportunity to equip the global church with high-quality products, serving efforts to share the gospel with the lost around the world.

We are looking for a Property Projects Manager to help support this important vision by overseeing projects aimed at improving LCM properties. This involves the refurbishment of residential properties as part of a strategic restructure.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Working with the Facilities Manager, occupiers, and internal stakeholders to establish the scope of work for each property project.

Overseeing the tender process to select the most suitable contractors for each project

Ensure seamless project delivery within the approved scope, budget, and timeframe, while maintaining quality standards.

This opportunity will involve leading the transformation of their established Pre-school into a thriving year-round nursery. The aim is to grow a secondary school ministry by enhancing current relationships in schools and developing new ones. About
The post-holder will provide effective professional guidance, advice, signposting and sensitive support to residents who are experiencing welfare difficulties of a non-academic nature affecting their ability to learn and maintain a health daily lifestyle.
The role will support individual residents, working in partnership with other departments and colleagues to establish reasonable and effective methods of support or adjustments for residents in situations of difficulty or with challenging circumstances.
Working alongside other department managers, the Resident Welfare Officer will signpost and recommend both internal and external specialist services and treatment providers where necessary. Where appropriate, the Resident Welfare Officer will work directly with residents to limit the impact a problem could have on a residents wellbeing, undertaking individual case work. This role does not directly itself provide specialist practitioner support or clinically qualified treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, advice, support and signposting to residents, responding to and independently resolving a range of welfare queries and issues, within agreed boundaries.
- Provide a non-judgemental, effective and respected service to residents, some of whom may be experiencing challenging situations and require specific advice and support.
- Assess the complexity and risk involved in individual resident cases, referring to the COO or other department managers.
- Provide appropriate short-term support in the event of a resident reporting a serious welfare incident, violence, a hate crime and/or risk of radicalisation.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key contacts across other professional services, as well as external bodies, support groups and professional services, to support own work, including individual resident casework and organised activities
- Monitor Chapel and classroom attendance and where necessary identify and address areas of concern. Oversee the pastoral care, delivered by Mattersey staff, and make any necessary responses to identified areas of concern.
- Promote support services to Mattersey Hall staff to raise awareness of potentially vulnerable residents and encourage and support staff in referral techniques.Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems outside own area, such as developing solutions to welfare related issues that extend across other Green Pastures partnerships.
- Ensue that accurate records, letters and documentation for individual resident are kept.onitor relevant information data and liaise with academic and professional services colleagues to proactively identify and engage those students who appear to be at risk of disengaging with and/or failing in their activities at Mattersey Hall.
- Contribute to proposed changes in procedures, plans, priorities and office systems to improve operational efficiency and quality of the Residents Welfare.
- Work with colleagues to develop, improve and manage processes that identify and support vulnerable students.

United Christian Broadcasters wants to provide a 12-month training opportunity to an individual whose ambition is to become a journalist and work in a newsroom covering national and international news and current affairs.
Supported by a team of experienced Christian broadcast journalists and producers, you will study and learn on the job. This will include researching, writing for radio / online / social media, recording and editing radio interviews, applying media law and the Ofcom Broadcasting Code, and developing your presentation skills for news bulletins and broadcast reporting. You will be based full time at the UCB Broadcast Centre in Hanchurch, Stoke-on-Trent (Postcode ST4 8RY).
You will need to be a committed Christian, with your own personal transport to get to/from the UCB Broadcast Centre, and you must live within reasonable commuting distance.

Role Summary

Role Responsibilities
- Effectively create and deliver the communications strategy, in line with the vision and missional objectives.
- Serve the City Rise vision by contributing to the wider operations and ministries of the church where needed.
- Grow a team and establish a creative community at City Rise - Identify, develop and support a team of volunteers who can dream and deliver creative ideas to enrich our vision and mission in line with our values.
- Identity, develop and lead a team of volunteers for involvement in Sunday services & key events throughout the year, developing a consistent style of photography and videography across services and events, including editing all Sunday and midweek content, compiling/organising photos.
- Manage all digital platforms and access to church accounts.
- Socials - Manage all social media accounts and continually develop ways to grow and engage viewers, including concept creation and development of social media campaigns, and creating and designing social media content from Sunday and weekly events, scheduling and posting as required.
- Create templates and oversee social media delivery for other ministries e.g. youth and young adults.
- Design and produce print and digital assets, from lanyards and flyers to signs and T-shirts. (for e.g. online, Sunday services and other events and ministries) ensuring all publicity adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Website - Design, review and update content of the website as necessary.
- Digital Display - Oversee and create the media used through screens onsite: notices, adverts and slides.
- Communicate effectively, both internally (with leadership and team volunteers) and externally (relating to our broader community).
- Support the termly planning for events and activities, attending planning meetings for creative input as required.
Hours: Full Time - Sunday to Thursday, (4 days could be considered for the right candidate, but will include Sundays)
