Job description

Context

The Philanthropy team is developing an ambitious fundraising strategy to begin new and deepen existing relationships with our amazing major donors, that everyone can celebrate.  We are driven to raise the money and partnerships needed to deliver CAP’s vision to see transformed lives, thriving churches and an end to UK poverty. We work alongside our Fundraising Operations, Communications & Digital Engagement and Church Engagement teams to deliver a fantastic supporter experience. 

Purpose

The Philanthropy Engagement Lead sits within our Supporter Relationship Management team to lead and deliver a collaborative donor experience strategy aimed at deepening donor relationships and attracting new donors. This role reports to the Philanthropy Team Manager.  

Working closely with other Fundraising & Communications teams (Supporter Development Team, Brand, Digital, Data Analytics, Fundraising Support & Events, and Speaker Team), this role brings strategy and leadership to the deepening engagement and improved experience of CAP’s donors.
