part-time 15 hours per week

Working flexibly across Guildford and Ash offices (predominantly Ash)

We offer confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

Do you want to work for an organisation that makes a difference, every single day, to people from all walks of life? The people that turn to Citizens Advice need help overcoming an obstacle in their lives – from debt to evictions to trouble at work – and you can be key to them getting the support they need in the quickest, easiest, and most effective way.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need and who is not afraid to drive change and improvement. You will need to demonstrate that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail, and have great people skills. You will thrive in a busy environment and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise, motivate and manage people. You will complement this with strong IT skills.

The Citizens Advice service values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. We particularly welcome applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people, as they are currently under represented in our workforce

You can find out more information about the role in the job pack. If you would like to apply please complete the application form (see guidance notes) and diversity monitoring form.

Deadline for applications  Wednesday 31 August 2022  (Please note that we will look at applications as they come in so we may close the vacancy early should a suitable candidate be found)
