Halton Citizens Advice are seeking to recruit a full time Advice Training Coordinator
The post holder will
- Have experience of working in a social welfare law advice setting (e.g. Citizens Advice office, Law Centre, etc.).
- Promote the organisation’s volunteering opportunities, delivering talks and networking where appropriate.
- Be responsible for the induction of new volunteers, the learning and development of new and existing volunteers and to co-ordinate and deliver internal training.
- Monitor the progress of volunteers along their learning and volunteering journey and to assess their competency in relation to Citizens Advice requirements and standards.
Location: Citizens Advice Halton – Widnes and Runcorn (the role may include some home based working).
Salary: £24,799 [ + up to 4% pension]
Hours: 35 hours per week (Full time)
Type of Contract: Permanent
Leave: 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays (pro rata for part time)
