You primary role will be to manage, supervise and develop a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a high quality advice service across all channels to help clients resolve the problems they face.

You will be able to demonstrate good influencing and communication skills and a track record of successfully supervising and managing people, ideally in an organisation where standards and procedures are important. Customer focused, you will have a keen interest in improving services for the local community and in social policy work. You are likely to be working within a Citizens Advice environment or similar environment as Advice Service Manager or a Supervisor who is ready for the next step.
