Central Management Team Administrator & Communications Officer
21 per week usually worked over four days
Fixed term until October 2020
To provide administrative support and to coordinate the needs of the Central Management Team (CMT). To act as a link between CMT and external stakeholders and to respond to ongoing request for statistical information, and service updates. To be responsible for arranging meetings including invitations, booking rooms and preparing papers, to provide secretariat duties.
To take responsibility for day to day media handling, service promotion and communications, building strong relationships with the media and good relations with senior internal and external stakeholders. To effectively promote and protect the reputation of Citizens Advice LeicesterShire through appropriate messaging across multiple channels, and effective handling of enquiries.
