Travel between sites is essential

35 hours per week (some evening and weekend work required)

Citizens Advice Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced I.T Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our I.T systems across our organisation. We currently have 7 sites and therefore the ability to travel between sites is essential.

You will ensure that reliable I.T systems and procedures are in place across the organisation and you will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our I.T needs.

You will manage and develop a team of staff and volunteers.

You will play an important role in delivering a diverse set of I.T and communications technology across the service that link with our national office.

There are a range of exciting initiatives at Citizens Advice Liverpool over the coming year that includes the continued development of the new cloud platform, completion of the rollout of Windows 10 and the development of an I.T helpdesk.

The successful candidate will have proven professional experience in all of the above along with a detailed knowledge of Office 365 technologies and the General Data Protection Regulations.
