We are looking to recruit a highly motivated accredited individual as a specialist Money Advice Caseworker working within our Money and Pension Service funded project.  You will be required to undertake comprehensive advice and casework on debt management, ensuring that the work conforms to the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and MaPS Debt Advice Quality Framework. You will also provide debt advice support to non-money advice advisers and volunteers working at CANS.

The successful candidate(s) will have accredited debt advice experience in a Citizens Advice or equivalent setting and will need to have good communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high quality service. 

Locations: Weston-super-Mare with some home working

Citizens Advice North Somerset (CANS) is an established and well regarded local independent charity who provide free, impartial and confidential advice.  We undertake research & campaign work to influence policy makers and to effect change.  We work in partnership with the Local Authority, The Legal Aid Agency, Macmillan Cancer Support, Debt Free South West, Wessex Water and many more local and national partners to deliver our advice services to over 10,000 clients living and working in North Somerset.
