About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Citizens Advice Plymouth as a Project Leader. This post is a newly created role within the organisation working alongside other Project Leads.
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of a team who are working on a few of our smaller projects and will be the first point of contact for their teams. Our clients access our services in multiple ways, including face to face, telephone and digital and the teams provide generalist advice as well as advice on income maximisation, benefits, debt and energy.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional person with good interpersonal skills, who has experience of managing or supervising staff on performance and quality standards. We are looking for someone who will be confident in leading and motivating a team ensuring that team members are effectively supported, coached and developed to provide holistic advice to clients in line with Citizens Advice Plymouth’s aims and principles.
The post holder will be flexible, self-motivated, and well-organised who will be a role model for their team, managing their team in line with the Citizens Advice Plymouth behaviour framework.
