Job Title:               Telephone and Digital Service Supervisor

Hours:                   36.25 hours per week

Location:              Flexible working – mixture of Working From Home and our Salford office.  

Salary:                   £24,982 to £27,742 subject to experience        

Pension:               6 % employer contribution

Annual Leave     28 days (rising to 30 days)

Context of role:

We are looking to grow our team, and are now looking to hire a Telephone and Digital Services Manager, with the opening of our exciting new service in central Salford.

We are looking for someone with recent experience of supporting advice giving staff or volunteers or someone with a number of years of advice giving experience looking for a change in direction.

In Salford we have an experienced training team, a great track record of recruiting skilled and motivated volunteers who work alongside experienced paid advisers and specialists.
