Citizens Advice West Suffolk is a progressive, highly regarded independent charity providing advice to around 7,000 clients across West Suffolk from our five offices and outreach locations. We have 28 mainly part time staff with about 120 volunteers in a wide variety of roles, and we are looking to appoint a new Chief Officer to provide inspirational leadership across the five offices
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong commitment to our aims and principles, and a clear vision of our potential for future development. In addition they will have significant experience of strategic development, business planning and staff management, with a strong focus in identifying and developing new funding opportunities. The candidate will be an excellent communicator with demonstrable experience of working with a range of key stakeholders. Key elements of the position will be supporting the trustee board in their strategic role, financial planning and HR responsibilities.
