As a Community Outreach Administrator, you will be supporting and promoting our referral platform and be managing the administration of referrals by working closely with advice agencies and community partners across the City of Westminster. You will support community outreach and communications for Citizens Advice Westminster, enabling community organisations and residents to access advice and information in a timely and efficient manner.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable with working with a range of stakeholders. You will need to have experience in administration and in managing databases preferably within voluntary organisations, community development or advice setting. Furthermore, you will need excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
