This exciting role, as part of a team of staff and volunteers, will provide information and advice by email, telephone, web-chat and face to face, including outreach and home working settings.
Advisers will research all client options, complete basic form filling (sometimes over the telephone), explain rights and responsibilities, and negotiate with third parties.
Skills required include good written and verbal communication skills, ability to use a range of IT systems and accurate recording skills.
