Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
As an Assistant Account Officer, you’ll be vital in helping our team of account managers and officers support a large network of local Citizens Advice on the Help to Claim programme. Account Managers mainly help manage relationships, resolve issues and track and monitor local Citizens Advice performance. You’ll be able to support this important work and in turn make sure that our clients get good quality help and support when they need.
In this role you’ll be giving support to the account management team. You’ll help prepare reports and documents and check everything is in order - keeping the team working efficiently. This is a role that can have a real impact on the work that we do.
Our roles are open to discussion about flexible working, which may include arrangements such as part-time working, formalised flexitime, fixed (non-standard) working hours, working from home and job-sharing.
Flexible working - while our teams are office based, it's fine to work from home regularly, and we welcome discussions about working part-time.
