We’re looking for an outstanding Head of Reward and Benefits to lead in providing strategic and operational advice and support to both the business and the People Directorate. You will have accountability and responsibility overseeing and delivering many different elements of reward and benefits. You will create and drive a new reward and benefit strategy for the whole organisation through a period of significant corporate change and beyond. To do this will require a combination of vision, imagination and deep technical expertise to support the organisation to attract and retain a high performing workforce.
You’ll be working to support us in helping 30 million people every year, and your work here will make a huge difference to their lives.

- You have or are leading reward and benefits strategy for a large, complex organisation going through a significant period of change
- You have considerable experience in influencing and negotiating to drive forward reward and benefits agendas and initiatives

- You are creative and flexible in developing and implementing reward strategies and plans and provide needed support in a timely manner

The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
