Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

We have a rare vacancy within our Wales team for a part time Partnership Development Senior Officer.   

Based in the Wales Partnerships Team, we are looking for a proactive person with excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders to achieve positive objectives. 

Your work with external partners will help us to reach out to the people who need advice, understand and overcome barriers to access. This work will contribute to our organisational EDI objectives and to strategic equality objectives in Wales. 

The Partnership Development Senior Officer will work with colleagues within Citizens Advice, the Local Citizens Advice Network and with external partners to develop effective partnerships. This will include relationship management, forward planning, and learning from good practice. You will also support our market development work, keeping up to date with the devolved context and changing funding environment unique to Wales.

You will have project management experience, be self motivated, and an excellent communicator. You will also have the ability to manage staff against agreed objectives. 

The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
