Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
As an organisation with over 250 members our relationship with the network is essential to us all achieving our vision.

The Relationship Manager is a key connector within the organisation. Each Relationship Manager supports the Leadership Team within an allocated number of Local Citizens Advice.

This role requires an ability to build a relationship with our network, understand and respond to their needs and work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to gather, share and respond to intelligence.
