This includes addressing equality disparities and the barriers to accessing our services and creating an inclusive working environment service wide. We aim to create a culture that is collaborative and innovative and that adapts to the changing needs of our clients. EDI will be fundamental to this culture.
This role is a fixed-term position and will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of complex projects in order to progress the EDI strategy and meet defined business needs within the agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. This includes overseeing and developing all planning and operational processes, project work plans, action plans including defining resources and utilising appropriate project management tools and methodologies from discovery phase to project/ programme completion for medium to high-scale projects.
You’ll be in charge of project managing the Barriers to Access programme which is organisationally cross-cutting and the EDI goals which are in the Future of Advice strategic framework. This will include working with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring that the appropriate KPIs and metrics are in place, managed and tracked.
The EDI team is undergoing a review of their organisational offering and approach. This role will also support activities under this workstream and provide project management support, guidance and advice.
